Summary
From a message you are reviewing, the Action similar menu finds other messages in the same search that share an attribute with it — the same subject, the same sender account, or the same thread — and lets you review them all together (mark all compliant, mark all non-compliant, or escalate all).

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Action similar menu
With a message open, click the Action similar menu — the icon button with the tooltip "Action similar messages".
Step 2: Choose how to find similar messages
The menu offers up to three options, depending on what the message contains:
Action by subject — messages with the same subject as this message. (Disabled if the message has no subject.)
Action by sender — messages sent by the same account as this message. (Disabled if the message has no sender account.)
Action by thread — messages in the same thread as this message. (For Slack, this option reads Action by channel. Disabled if the message is not part of a thread.)
Step 3: Review the similar messages found
The Action similar messages dialog opens and lists the matching messages from the current search, with a count of how many were found. Each entry shows the sender, date, subject (if any), a content preview, and a See message link.
If a large number of messages share the attribute, a summary view shows the most recent 10 and the oldest 10 messages, and an information banner notes that proceeding will action a large number of messages.
Step 4: Action the messages (optional)
To review the matched messages together, choose one of:
Mark All Compliant
Mark All Non-Compliant
Escalate All
For mark actions you may be prompted for a reason (Advertising, Risk, Other) and an optional comment; for Escalate All you select an agent. Confirm to apply the action to all matched messages.
Notes
Note: If no other messages share the selected attribute, the dialog shows "There were no other messages found with the same [attribute] as the selected message."
